Now, let’s take a look at Kartra’s many features. Beware, if you already know Kartra or have used the software, you know that there are too many features that cannot be covered in a single review. However, we will discuss the main features to give you a better understanding of the platform. 

Drag and drop Landing Page Builder

Let’s talk about the heart of Kartra, the page builder. You can’t do business online without a website, can you? That’s why Kartra Page Builder is so important. 

Kartra provides a rough editor for “what you see is what you get”. For those of you who are not very technical, Kartra provides over a hundred predefined templates for just about any type of page you can think of. 

These include classic home pages, blogs, sales pages and thank you pages. You can import them with one click! The templates are also very nice, from vintage designs to modern designs. If you have a navigation system, you should be able to find bookmarks under each type of page. 

If you want to change the template, you can start from the beginning. Just select the selected option and load it into the page generator. 

Changing the template directly is very simple and requires one click. This includes editing text, modifying images and changing the style of the template. 

You can also choose to add new elements using the blocks provided. In general, the editor is fast and intuitive. Although the tool is lightweight, it is quite rigid and long. Even simple actions can take longer than necessary. 

For example, to adjust the size of a column, you must first switch to column mode, then click to adjust the width of the column and finally change it manually. Ideally, all you have to do is click and drag.

The built-in features provided an advantage to the editor, but unfortunately, he was disappointed by the rigidity of the layout function. Also, when navigating on a mobile device, the pages created by Kartra can sometimes look a little different and the instructions may seem strange. 

Although the page builders created by some programs use useful separators between sections, Kartra hasn’t caught up with the trend yet, but maybe he should! The Kartra page builder can be seen as an improvement over other all-in-one platforms, but let’s face it, it has never done justice to the dedicated page builder. 

Although Kartra’s Page Builder is different from many other options on the market, some features can be added to improve functionality. It can also be simplified. 

Split test your landing pages

Split test landing pages are now very popular. So, how does Kartra’s e-mail marketing module work? First of all, you can create a mailing list by adding quotes manually or by importing them from a CSV file. This is useful if you switch to another e-mail marketing platform (like one of the above mentioned platforms). The Kartra sending function allows you to send e-mails and if you think it suits your business, you can even send an SMS.

If you are not familiar with e-mail marketing or if you don’t have any leads, you can also design a form to collect new leads directly via Kartra. The form generator uses the same interface as the rest of the platform, making it easy to use and navigate. 

Like other software, Kartra makes it easy for new marketers by providing templates for new marketers to customize for each format. Once you’ve chosen a template and customized it to your liking, you can start capturing leads. 

The form can be customized in many ways, including one or two login options, a welcome message, encoding and automation, form behavior, and many different templates. 

Unlike the page generator, the form editor only allows simple template changes. Let’s take a look at the different order forms you use, as the functions and features of the forms are very different. 

Smart opt-in forms

The Kartra users are in various fields. Therefore, Kartra can split the cookie information in the middle of your e-mail registration form. Are you embarrassed?

Let’s explain. This means that if your browser selects another Kartra user form and finds it separately, your information will already have been downloaded. 

All you have to do is click on the “Register” button. This is very useful because it can help you get more references by removing this feature from the registration process. And as we all know, people can be very lazy! Do you already have a WordPress blog? Don’t worry about it. However, the automation capabilities may be better than other specialized e-mail marketing solutions. The use of this feature is very cumbersome, as adding or modifying items will cause the editor to freeze. As you can imagine, this can be frustrating.

However, if you can resolve this delay, Kartra provides a useful e-mail marketing system that includes many features used by other e-mail marketing products. This has never been better than the famous email marketing solutions mentioned above, but it is good enough for an integrated marketing system. 

If you already use e-mail marketing tools, think about how much money you can save by unsubscribing. After all, even the basic plan of an e-mail marketer costs enough. 

GDPR Compliance

Another advantage of Kartra’s e-mail marketing module is its GPDR compatibility. GPDR came into force in May 2018, if you have customers residing in the European Union, you have to comply with these laws and regulations.
