Quadient review, pricing, features, pros & cons

The software itself might work, but the customer service is a nightmare. Getting any help or a simple question answered takes forever. We've wasted so much time trying to get support.

We were locked into a long contract with no flexibility. When we needed to make changes, the process was incredibly slow and unhelpful. Be very cautious about their sales promises.

Quadient Impress is excellent for creating and managing complex, personalized documents. The template features are powerful and essential for our marketing communications. It does exactly what we need it to do.

Implementation was much harder than expected. The promised integration with our systems was not straightforward. We had to dedicate more internal resources than we planned to get it running.
