Doodle คืออะไร?

Scheduling meetings is often a frustrating, time-consuming chore. You juggle emails, find a common time, and hope for the best. Doodle addresses this with a straightforward approach.

It helps you find the perfect time for group meetings, book 1:1s, and manage sign-up sheets. The goal is to reduce the back-and-forth and let you focus on the meeting itself, not the logistics.

Doodle is a scheduling and coordination platform for both individuals and teams. ✨ It offers tools like Group Polls, Booking Pages, 1:1 scheduling, and Sign-up Sheets. It connects with calendars and video conferencing apps to streamline the process.

The service is designed for freelancers, consultants, teams, and larger organizations.

ข้ามถ้า

  • Users on a tight budget who rely on the free tier for more than one group poll, one booking page, or one 1:1 — the free plan is heavily ad-supported and recent pricing changes limit free functionality, which drove at least one long-time reviewer to leave
  • Professionals who need bulletproof reliability for client-facing bookings — there are reported incidents of appointments disappearing and cancellation emails being sent erroneously on paid plans, which could damage client relationships
  • Buyers who need responsive, dependable customer support — Trustpilot feedback on support is mixed, with some users reporting unresolved issues
  • Users who need flexible date-range editing with varying time intervals — reviewers note limited control when editing date ranges with different intervals

ขั้นตอนถัดไปก่อนซื้อ

  1. 1Start with the free plan to test the core workflow: create one Group Poll or one Booking Page, connect your primary calendar (Google Meet is included on free), and confirm the interface and vote-based scheduling fit how your group actually decides on times
  2. 2Audit what the free plan's limits will cost you in practice — if you need unlimited polls, Zoom/Teams/Webex integrations, or Stripe payment collection, compare Pro ($11/user/month annually) for individuals against Team ($8.95/user/month annually) for groups before upgrading
  3. 3If you're a consultant or coach, set up your Booking Page with your real availability, connect your calendar so slots stay accurate, and enable Stripe payments on Pro or Team so bookings and billing happen in one step
  4. 4Before committing to a paid plan, read Doodle's terms and test reliability over a week or two of real bookings — given reported issues with appointments disappearing, verify calendar sync and confirmation emails behave correctly for your workflow
  5. 5For organizations with 50+ employees, contact sales to scope the Enterprise plan (starting around $15k), since it bundles SSO, MFA, a dedicated success manager, and the 99.9% SLA that smaller plans don't include

Doodle คุณสมบัติหลัก

✨ Group Polls for Easy Scheduling

Finding a time that works for everyone in a group can be a real headache. Doodle's Group Poll feature solves this by letting everyone vote on their available times. You create the poll, share the link, and see the consensus quickly.

It eliminates the endless back-and-forth emails and saves everyone time. Use it for team meetings, social gatherings, or any event where you need to coordinate with multiple people.

✨ Booking Pages for Client-Friendly Scheduling

If you're a freelancer or consultant, you need a simple way for clients to book time with you. Doodle's Booking Page lets you set up your availability once and share a link. Clients can then pick a slot that works for them in just a few clicks.

This removes the manual work of coordinating schedules and lets you focus on your actual work. It's perfect for anyone who regularly meets with external clients or prospects.

✨ 1:1 Scheduling Made Simple

For one-on-one meetings, Doodle offers a dedicated 1:1 scheduling tool. You can offer a list of your available times, and the other person selects what works best. This is great for mentorship sessions, quick check-ins, or any direct meeting.

It keeps the process straightforward and avoids the confusion of trying to find a mutual time through messages. It's a focused tool for individual coordination.

✨ Sign-up Sheets for Events and Workshops

Need to organize a workshop, webinar, or event where people choose which session to attend? Doodle's Sign-up Sheet feature lets you create multiple sessions and let participants pick their preferred option. You can manage registrations and see who's attending each session.

It's a practical way to handle sign-ups for classes, training, or community events without complex forms. This tool helps you keep your event planning organized and clear.

✨ Integrations with Your Favorite Tools

Doodle connects with the tools you already use to make scheduling even smoother. You can link your calendar to keep your availability up to date automatically. It also integrates with popular video conferencing apps like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.

This means you can schedule a meeting and have the video link ready to go. The goal is to fit right into your existing workflow without extra steps.

✨ Collecting Payments with Stripe

For professionals who need to get paid for their time, Doodle offers a payment collection feature. On Pro and Team plans, you can automatically collect payments via Stripe as bookings are made. This is especially useful for consultants, coaches, or anyone offering paid sessions.

It streamlines the process from scheduling to payment, reducing administrative work. You can set this up to handle bookings and finances in one place.

✨ Security and Data Protection

Keeping your information safe is a priority for Doodle. The platform uses enterprise-level security to protect your data. You can schedule with confidence knowing your personal and meeting details are handled securely.

This is important for both individual users and teams handling sensitive information. Doodle's security measures are designed to give you peace of mind while you use the service.

✨ Advanced Features for Teams

Teams can benefit from Doodle's collaborative tools, including an Admin Console and roles and permissions. You can co-host events, book on behalf of others, and get activity reports to see how scheduling is working. Custom branding options let you match Doodle to your company's look.

These features help larger groups manage scheduling more effectively. They're designed to support coordination across departments or with external partners.

กรณีการใช้งาน

📅 Coordinating a Team Project Kickoff

A project manager needs to schedule a kickoff meeting with five team members in different time zones. Instead of sending a chain of emails, they create a Group Poll in Doodle. They add possible time slots and share the link.

Everyone votes on their preferred times. The poll clearly shows the best option, and the meeting is scheduled in minutes. The team saves time and avoids the frustration of back-and-forth messages.

🤝 Setting Up Client Consultation Bookings

A freelance consultant wants clients to book consultation calls directly. They set up a Booking Page in Doodle with their available hours. The page includes details about the service and a simple booking interface.

They share the link in their email signature and on their website. Clients pick a time that works for them, and the meeting is automatically added to both calendars. The consultant no longer needs to manage manual scheduling.

📝 Managing a Workshop Sign-Up Process

A non-profit organization is hosting a series of workshops. They use Doodle's Sign-up Sheet feature to let participants choose which sessions to attend. Each session has a time and capacity limit.

People sign up directly from the link, and the organizer can see who is attending each workshop. This makes it easy to track attendance and plan for materials.

👥 Scheduling a 1:1 Performance Review

A manager needs to schedule a one-on-one meeting with an employee. Instead of emailing back and forth, they use Doodle's 1:1 scheduling. They share a link with their available times, and the employee picks a slot that fits their schedule.

The meeting is confirmed, and both parties receive a calendar invite. This simple process ensures the meeting happens without delays.

💼 Handling a Multi-Party Client Meeting

A professional services team needs to schedule a meeting with a client and an external partner. They use Doodle's Group Poll to find a time that works for all three parties. The poll shows availability and lets everyone vote.

Once a time is selected, the meeting is booked and integrated with Zoom. This reduces the effort needed to coordinate across different organizations.

💰 Collecting Payments for a Paid Workshop

A trainer is offering a paid workshop and wants to collect payment when people book. They use Doodle's Stripe integration on their Booking Page. Participants select a time and pay during the booking process.

The payment is automatically collected, and the trainer receives a confirmation. This simplifies the process and ensures the workshop is paid for upfront.

🔗 Integrating with Existing Calendar Tools

A tech team uses Google Calendar and Zoom for their daily stand-ups. They set up a Doodle Group Poll and connect it to their calendars. The poll pulls available times from their calendars, and meetings are automatically added to everyone's schedule.

When a meeting is booked, it includes a Zoom link. This keeps everything in sync without extra steps.

🎯 Coordinating a Cross-Departmental Planning Session

A marketing team needs to schedule a planning session with the sales and product departments. They use Doodle's Group Poll to find a time that works for all three teams. The poll includes advanced settings like deadlines and reminders.

Once a time is selected, a co-host from each department is added to the event. This ensures everyone is involved and the meeting is well-organized.

รีวิวผู้ใช้

Based on Trustpilot and limited Capterra data, Doodle receives generally positive sentiment, especially for its ease of use and group scheduling efficiency. Users consistently praise the intuitive interface and how it simplifies coordination, reducing email back-and-forth.

However, a recurring complaint centers on the free tier's heavy advertising, which some find disruptive or even unusable. Pricing is a point of contention, with some feeling recent changes are greedy or limit functionality.

Support responsiveness is mixed, with some praising helpful replies and others reporting unresolved issues. Reliability has been questioned, with a notable mention of appointments disappearing.

Overall, Doodle is seen as a useful tool for basic scheduling, but its free version and pricing model draw criticism. 😊
