Avaliações de utilizadores

Overall, Skillshare holds a 4.1 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot, with users highlighting the platform's educational value, easy-to-follow structure, and responsive customer service. However, a recurring theme is frustration with auto-renewal policies and refund refusals, especially for users who felt they didn't use the service after a trial.

Some appreciate the bite-sized lessons and diverse creative topics, while others find the pricing or lack of monthly plans a barrier. Support is generally praised for being friendly and efficient, but the rigid refund policy leaves some feeling treated unfairly.

🎨 We balance this with the positive sentiment around accessibility and content quality.
